MapsByEma provides digital travel products, including interactive Google Maps lists and curated travel guides.
No Refunds on Digital Products
All MapsByEma products are delivered digitally.
Because access to the content is provided immediately after purchase, the following policy applies:
- We do not offer refunds for any purchases, including accidental purchases or unused products.
- Once a purchase is completed and access to the map is delivered, it cannot be refunded.
- All purchases are one-time payments and non-refundable.
EU Digital Content Notice
By purchasing a MapsByEma product, you agree that access to the digital content is provided immediately.
You acknowledge that, under applicable EU consumer protection laws, you lose your right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) once the digital product has been delivered or access has been granted.
Access & Delivery
After purchase, you will receive access to your travel map via email or direct link.
